3. Content Availability

While we strive to provide a stable and comprehensive service, channel availability may vary due to technical reasons or maintenance. We do not guarantee effective delivery of every single channel at all times.

4. Payments & Renewal

Services are billed on a prepaid basis. There are no contracts, and you differ from recurring billing unless you explicitly set it up. Extensions are applied to your existing account upon payment confirmation.

5. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.
